The Spider Pavilion will open its doors at NHM on Sunday, October 30. The one-of-a-kind Spider Pavilion offers a truly unique experience. Walk through a safe, fascinating open-air pavilion and learn about the amazing engineering that goes into each spider’s web.  Guests will have the rare opportunity to immerse themselves in the spiders’ habitat and witness the day-to-day lives of these often misunderstood, but uniquely talented creatures. A Spider Den will house various species –including the pink toe tarantula and the jumping spider –in enclosed habitats. Inside the pavilion, visitors will walk amongorb weavers and their intricate webs while learning from Gallery Interpreters about these remarkable arachnids.
