Three Family Concerts from the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra

Introducing kids to classical music is made easy when the venerable Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra gathers with Project Trio to present Aaron Copland’s Appalachian Spring in the first of three Family Concerts geared for kids. Come at 1:00 PM to participate in ‘an instrument petting zoo’ and other fun kid-centered activities. The concert starts at 2:00 PM

Sunday, April 1 – Fool For Dance
Pre-concert activities include LACO’s Instrument Petting Zoo with Pasadena Conservatory of Music, a fun project from Kidspace Children’s Museum and science experiments and other hands-on activities with the California Science Center.

With 66 million views and 75,000 subscribers on its YouTube channel, the three young men from Project Trio are dedicated to bringing music to young people, and will be Artists-in-Residence with the LACO for the next three seasons.
