When an invitation arrived for our family to go caroling with a group of revelers in the neighborhood this holiday, my heart surged. Traipsing door-to-door, belting out “The Little Drummer Boy” under the stars with family and friends, satisfies all my holiday wishes.

To bring this type of joy into your week, plan on heading downtown on Friday night (December 16) to join others at The Music Center’s Holiday Sing-Along, a popular community event that’s free! Sheet music is provided and don’t worry if you can’t remember every stanza of “O Holy Night”. Or if your voice warbles. Carolers will be accompanied by live music, gathered under LA’s grandest Christmas tree. By the time the event is over, you’ll be filled with the holiday spirit.
The event runs from 6:00 – 7:30 PM. Tickets are first come, first served and will be handed out starting at 5:30. Please note that you can’t have someone stand in line for you – only one ticket will be given to each person in line. Grab some hot cocoa and bundle up!
