The Natural History Museum is having a Breadmaking Workshop on Wednesday, September 14 at 6pm for its members. Explore the basics of making the healthiest bread you can eat: sourdough fermented, 100% whole-grain. We will go through how to get a sourdough starter going, the simple tools you’ll need to guarantee success as well as the fine points of shaping. Everyone will go home with starter and a loaf of bread to bake the next day.
