Wrap up this season of Family Amphitheater Performances with El Haru Kuroi. Natives of East Los Angeles, El Haru Kuroi perform music representative of their cultural upbringing, blending the styles of Mexican, South American, African, and American music.
The trio, who met in middle school, have performed at festivals and venues throughout Los Angles, including First Fridays at the Natural History Museum, Levitt Pavillion in MacArthur Park, and at Union Station for the Metro Art Los Angeles concert series. They have produced three full-length albums, Sabung (2007), Canta Gallo (2012), and their latest 192 192 192 (2016).
