The LA Zoo is hosting a Sustainable Wine and Dinner series as part of their commitment to a sustainability and conservation. The first one will be held on Thursday, March 22. The Los Angeles Zoo has partnered with four local, environmentally friendly wineries whose wines serve as the inspiration for custom four-course, farm-to-table dinner menus created by their own executive chef, Brad Robertson. Each unforgettable evening is set in a different location within the zoo – the terraces of Mahale Mountains, for example, or the Amazonian stilt house within Rainforest of the Americas, or the Cambodia viewing area of Elephants of Asia.
