The Sketchbook Project Mobile Library is back! The custom-built truck opens its collection of thousands of handmade sketchbooks to LACMA visitors on Friday, June 26, Saturday, June 27, and Sunday, June 28. The pit stop is part of the project's multicity tour across North America.On-site librarians issue visitors a free library card with an invitation to check out the vast collection of books created by artists from around the world on the three days that the Sketchbook Project parks at LACMA. Each book is catalogued and searchable by theme, medium, geographic location, and unique tags the artists have created for their books.For more information, click here:
